Hello Rexxar!!

You may have heard of the Ninefold Dragons!  We reformed in July 2008, we kicked butt, we took a lot of names.  Times change around new patches and we survived several patches.  But the membership isn't the same now as it used to be.  That's why we need you!  The Ninefold Dragons is a Friends & Family friendly guild that wants to start raiding again, but in a far more casual manner than we once did.  We understand that the game is not only about escaping reality for a bit, but it's very social too and we want you to find a home where you can lay your weary head to rest.

So give us a look!  Tell us what you think!  And whisper Demen or Antisalvic in-game if you like what you see!

Welcome all to the home of the guild Ninefold Dragons.  Before I continue with welcoming you I would like to give you a history of our name.  Now some gamers may be aware of Io, the Ninefold Dragon from the Dungeons & Dragons universe.  I was writing fantasy fiction before that time and I had developed the world of Novendragos where the prime deity was called the Ninefold Dragon.  He was named such for the way in which he embodied the Three Aspects (times three) of Body, Mind, and Spirit.  Therefore the naming of this guild is in homage to an entity central to a world of my own creation.

You may ask, "Is this an RP guild then?"  No.  We're not an RP guild at all as we are on a non-RP server.  However I really love the name and it has stuck with me for nearly 17 years.  But we are a raiding/community guild.  Our players are mature with lives outside of the game.  At the same time we come to the game with the goal of enjoying it alone AND enjoying it with our friends.  If this is the type of experience for you then please fill out an application or speak with one of our officers and we'll gladly welcome you aboard.

Hello Dragons!

This week has been another week of guild firsts.  We defeated Hodir and Thorim in Ulduar 10 and on July 30, 2009 you guys downed Sarth 2D.  These are tremendous feats and Dennis' leadership during these raids has been tremendous.  We should all give one another thanks for our progress, teamwork, and determination!

Hello Dragons!

On July 19 we had 3 guild firsts when we downed Ignis, Kologarn, and Auriya in Ulduar 10.  Each fight was a one-shot and I applaud all those who showed up and gave their all.  Furthermore we put our new EPGP loot system to work with phenomenal results.  In the future EPGP will require less rolling as both EP and GP increase or stagnate depending upon raid attendance.  Once again you guys did a wonderful job!  Keep up the good work.

Hello Dragons!

Congratulations to our raiders.  This week we have had several strong guild firsts.  We cleared Naxx 10 and we did so in one night!  We downed Sartharion with one drake up and only one wipe.  We worked hard, but eventually got Malygos down in one night!  I'm very proud to call you guys my guildies and I hope we can continue to bring our strengths to progression raiding which we will be moving towards probably faster than we thought.
